摘要

为探索我国住院医师规范化培训的质量监督模式,进一步强化教学工作的内涵建设.北京协和医院设计了教育管理部门和临床科室密切合作的联动模式,科学有效地优化住院医师规范化培训院科两级督导体系,分别设置医院层面督导小组与科室层面督导小组,以医院层面专项活动督导与科室层面常态化自我督导结合开展,同时培养督导师资队伍,构建教学督导的常态化机制.2023 年 10 月至 12 月,北京协和医院教育处前往 22 个专业基地实地开展焦点小组座谈,院科两级督导体系实施结果良好.教学督导是一种有效提高教学质量和促进教师专业发展的方式,以此为抓手开展工作,将有助于加强科室联络,极大助力医学培养质量的持续提升.院科两级督导体系能够为住培基地教学改革提供参考.

Abstract

To explore quality supervision models for standardized residency training in China and further enhance the connotation of teaching construction,Peking Union Medical College Hospital(PUMCH)has designed a collaborative framework between its education management departments and clinical departments.This framework scientifically optimized the two-tier hospital-department supervision system,integrating hospital-level supervisory committees with department-level supervision teams.The system combined hospital-level special activity supervision with routine self-supervision at the department level while cultivating supervisory faculty and establishing a sustainable mechanism for education oversight.From October to December 2023,the Department of Education at PUMCH conducted on-site focus group discussions at 22 specialty training bases,demonstrating positive outcomes for the implementation of the two-tier hospital and department supervision.Teaching supervision is an effective approach to improve teaching quality and promote professional development of teachers.Carrying out work with this focus will help strengthen departmental communication and greatly facilitate continuous enhancement of medical education quality.The two-tier hospital-department supervision system can provide a valuable reference for teaching reforms at residency training bases.
