住院医师规范化培训感知价值及满意度分析

摘要
目的 该文拟构建住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)感知价值理论模型,分析住院医师对住培的满意度,探索住培感知价值、满意度与行为意向之间的关系.方法 引入顾客感知价值理论模型,构建住培感知价值理论模型,提出研究假设,对住院医师进行感知价值和满意度问卷调查.结果 认知性价值得分最高,为(4.13±0.93)分,经济性价值得分最低,为(3.26±1.26)分;认知性价值、经济性价值、情感性价值、社会性价值均对住院医师满意度有直接的正向影响;住院医师的满意度直接正向影响其接受培训的行为意向;住培感知价值通过满意度,对住院医师接受培训的行为意向有间接的正向影响(均P<0.05).结论 住院医师通过参加住培对常见病多发病的处理能力有进步,但培训的经济性价值偏低.要加强住培的全面价值管理,尤其重视住院医师的认知性价值、经济性价值、情感性价值和社会性价值,对提升住培的满意度,强化住院医师参培意向,提高住培质量具有重要意义.
Abstract
Objective To develop a theoretical model for perceived value of standardized residency training,analyze its satisfaction,and investigate the relationship between perceived value,satisfaction,and behavioral intention.Methods The customer perceived value model was applied to standardized residency training.Research hypotheses were formulated and residents'perceived value and satisfaction were surveyed.Results Residents scored highest for cognitive value(4.13±0.93)and lowest for economic value(3.26±1.26).Resident satisfaction directly impacted training intention.Perceived value indirectly affected behavioral intention through satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Residents can enhance common disease handling skills through standardized training,but economic value is low.It is essential to consider residents'cognitive,economic,emotional,and social values for comprehensive value management.This is key to improving satisfaction,participation,and quality of standardized residency training.
