摘要
目的 为提高住院医师招收质量,以《住院医师规范化培训内容与标准(2022 年版)》的住院医师六大核心胜任力为基础,选择住院医师招收考核评价指标,构建住培招收考核评价框架,并对考核方式给出适当建议.方法 以住院医师六大核心胜任力作为招收考核评价指标范围,对指标条目内涵进行细化.随后对条目内涵、考核的必要性和可行性,以及考核方式征求专家意见.对专家反馈意见采用变异系数(CV)进行一致性检验,选择适用于住院医师招收阶段的评价指标,构建住培招收考核评价框架.对专家建议的考核方式反馈意见进行统计分析,并推荐适用的考核方式.结果 在住培招收考核评价框架方面,住院医师六大核心胜任力中的职业素养、专业能力、沟通合作和学习提升 4 个方面的 8 个条目,专家评价的一致性较好(CV<0.3).在考核方式方面,专家建议包括简历筛选、笔试、面试和客观结构化临床考试等.结论 住培招收考核评价框架,应至少包含住院医师六大核心胜任力中的职业素养、专业能力、沟通合作和学习提升 4 个方面.考核方式建议以简历筛选、笔试、面试相结合的方式,可采取OSCE考查考生的临床技能.
Abstract
Objective To enhance the quality of resident recruitment,we created an evaluation framework based on the 6 core competencies and gathered expert opinions to suggest appropriate evaluation methods.Methods A competency-based evaluation framework based on the evaluation system of standardized residency training was established.The consistency of expert feedback using the coefficient of variation and selected suitable evaluation criteria for resident recruitment were used.Statistical analysis was used to choose assessment methods based on expert recommendations.Results The evaluation framework showed good consistency in 4 aspects and 8 items within 6 core competencies(CV<0.3).Recommended assessment methods included resume screening,written tests,interviews and the objective structured clinical examination.Conclusion When constructing a competency-based evaluation framework for resident recruitment,it is essential to include at least 4 aspects and 8 items from the 6 core competencies.Assessment methods should primarily include resume screening,written tests and interviews,with the addition of the objective structured clinical examination for assessing clinical skills.
