摘要
目的 在眼科住院医师解剖学教学中应用三维仿真动画教学课件进行教学实践并评价其教学效果.方法 回顾性研究 2021 年 1 月—2024 年 3 月在首都医科大学宣武医院眼科住院医师规范化培训专业基地进行眼科解剖学培训的 30 位住院医师资料.其中 2023 年 1 月—2024 年 3 月参加培训的住院医师共 13 人,为观察组,采用三维仿真动画(简称 3D动画)技术为基础的眼科解剖学幻灯片作为教学课件教学;2021 年 1 月—2022 年 12 月参加培训的住院医师共 17 人,为对照组,采用传统教学方法.授课结束后,对两组住院医师进行考核及满意度调查.结果 观察组考核总成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组在眼球、眼眶、视路 3 部分解剖试题成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组附属器部分解剖试题成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组住院医师教学满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 运用 3D动画技术进行眼科解剖学辅助教学可以有效提高学员学习成绩和学习满意度.
Abstract
Objective To apply three-dimensional simulation animation teaching courseware in the clinical teaching of anatomy for ophthalmic resident physicians and evaluates its teaching effectiveness.Methods A total of 30 resident physicians who received ophthalmic anatomy teaching at the standardized residency training base of Xuanwu Hospital,Capital Medical University from January 2021 to March 2024 were retrospectively observed.Among them,a total of 13 resident physicians who participated in ophthalmic anatomy teaching and training from January 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the observation group.The teaching course was conducted using ophthalmic anatomy PPT based on Three-Dimensional Simulation Animation(3 D animation)technology as the teaching courseware.A total of 17 resident physicians who participated in ophthalmic anatomy teaching and training from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the control group and taught using traditional teaching methods.At the end of the training,two groups of resident physicians were assessed and satisfaction survey.Results The average total exam score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The observation group scored higher than the control group in the tests of the eyeball,orbital anatomy,and visual pathway,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the score of the ocular accessory anatomy test between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction with the learning course in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of 3 D animation technology in ophthalmic anatomy teaching can effectively improve students'academic performance and satisfaction with their learning experience.
