摘要
目的 调查哈尔滨医科大学 4 所附属医院住院医师心理健康情况,分析其影响因素,提出改善措施,为住院医师心理健康调查及干预工作提供参考.方法 通过问卷调查收集哈尔滨医科大学 4 所附属医院住院医师一般信息、与住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)相关信息、拖延、人际关系、心理负性情绪得分,分析上述资料的结果及其与心理负性情绪的相关性.结果 3 种心理负性情绪结果显示,14.35%的住院医师存在压力情绪,29.31%的住院医师存在焦虑情绪,22.68%的住院医师存在抑郁情绪.住院医师心理负性情绪同住院医师与科室同事关系、与指导医师关系、自身睡眠质量等因素有相关性(均P<0.05);心理负性情绪与人际关系(rs=0.352)、拖延状态(rs=0.486)呈正向相关;性别、睡眠质量、人际关系、拖延是心理负性情绪的独立影响因素.结论 住院医师存在心理健康问题,尤其是焦虑、抑郁情绪.住院医师心理负性情绪与性别、睡眠质量、拖延、人际关系有关,住培基地及相关部门的心理健康调查或干预工作可考虑从以上方面开展.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the mental health status of residents in 4 affiliated hospitals of Harbin Medical University,analyze its influencing factors,and provide reference for the investigation of residents'mental health.Methods General information of residents in 4 affiliated hospitals of Harbin Medical University,information related to standardized residency training,procrastination,interpersonal relationships,and psychological negative emotion scores were collected through a questionnaire survey,then analyze the distribution of the above data and its correlations with negative psychological emotions.Results The result of three psychological negative emotions showed that 14.35%of residents had stress,29.31%had anxiety,and 22.68%had depression.Residents'negative psychological emotions are related to the relationship between residents and colleagues,relationship with instructors,and their own sleep quality.Negative psychological emotions were positively correlated with interpersonal relationships(rs=0.352)and procrastination status(rs=0.486).Gender,sleep quality,interpersonal relationships,and procrastination were independent influencing factors of negative psychological emotions.Conclusion Residents had mental health problems,especially anxiety and depression.Negative psychological emotions among residents are related with gender,sleep quality,procrastination,and interpersonal relationships.The investigation or intervention of mental health in the standardized residency training base and relevant departments can be considered from the above aspects.
