情境教学对全科住院医师核心胜任力的影响

摘要
目的 探讨情境教学提高全科住院医师核心胜任力的效果.方法 选取 2020 年及 2021 年进入中山大学附属第五医院全科专业进行住院医师规范化培训的一年级住院医师,按入培年度分为对照组(2020 级)与观察组(2021 级),观察组采用情境教学,对照组采用传统教学.在培训 1 年后采用里程碑评价对培训效果进行评价和反馈.结果 观察组在专业能力、病人管理、沟通合作、教学能力和学习提升能力方面优于对照组,对教学满意度也高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 与传统教学方法相比,情境教学明显提升了全科住院医师的核心胜任力,具有较高的应用价值.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of situational practice teaching method on the improvement of core competence of resident physicians in general practice.Methods The First-year resident physicians who entered the standardized training base for general practice residency training in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University in 2020 and 2021,were divided into control group(grade 2020)and observation group(grade 2021)according to the year of admission.The observation group was taught with situational practice teaching method,while the control group was taught with traditional teaching method.After one year of training,the milestone evaluation system was adopted to evaluate the training effect of resident physicians and collect feedback.Results The resident physicians in the observation group were superior to the control group in professional ability,patient management,communication and cooperation,teaching ability and learning ability,and the resident physicians'satisfaction with teaching was also higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method,the situational practice teaching method can greatly improve the core competence of resident physicians in general practice,and has high application value in general practice training.
