摘要
2014年北京市正式启动肿瘤外科和肿瘤内科住院医师和专科医师一体化培训试点工作,经过10 年实践探索,中国医学科学院肿瘤医院和北京大学肿瘤医院肿瘤外科作为住院医师一体化培训试点基地在肿瘤学高层次专业人才培养模式上积累了一定的实践经验.该文对培训基地基本情况、培训和考核结果、学员临床能力提升情况、满意度分析和改进建议等方面进行探讨,为更好地培训肿瘤外科住院医师和专科医师提供参考.
Abstract
In 2014,Beijing officially launched the integrated pilot training for tumor surgery and internal medicine residents and specialists.After 10 years of practical exploration,as a pilot base for integrated training of resident physicians and specialists in oncology surgery,it has accumulated some practical experience in the training mode of high-level professional talents in oncology surgery in Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking University Cancer Hospital.This article explores the basic situation of the trainings base,trainings and assessment results,clinical capability enhancement,satisfaction analysis,and improvement suggestions,etc.in order to provide references for better trainings of resident and specialist oncologists.
