基于多学科中医教学门诊探究提升中医学硕士专业学位研究生岗位胜任力

摘要
目的 通过开展中医教学门诊,了解中医学硕士专业学位研究生的岗位胜任力情况.方法 选取厦门市中医院中医学硕士专业学位研究生 120 名,其中 2019 级未参加教学门诊的 60 名中医学硕士专业学位研究生为对照组,2020级参加中医教学门诊≥10次的60名中医学硕士专业学位研究生为观察组.针对岗位胜任力核心指标中医临床思维能力和临床基本能力(门诊接诊能力)进行考核并对考核结果进行分析.结果 观察组中医临床思维能力和门诊接诊能力显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 开展多学科中医教学门诊可提升中医学硕士专业学位研究生的岗位胜任力,发现门诊教学的不足,可为明确门诊教学的重点提供依据,为中医学硕士专业学位研究生培养提供新思路.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the post competency of master degree postgraduates in Traditional Chinese Medicine through the teaching clinic of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods A total of 120 resident doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.Among them,grade 2019(n=60)did not participate in the teaching clinic and were set as the control group;grade 2020(n=60)participated in the teaching clinic for 10 times or more and were set as the observation group.According to the core indicators of post competency,the assessment of TCM clinical thinking ability and clinical basic ability(outpatient treatment ability)was carried out and the assessment results were analyzed.Results After training,the clinical thinking ability and outpatient treatment ability of TCM in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out multi-disciplinary teaching clinic of TCM can improve the post competency of TCM master's degree students,find out the shortcomings of outpatient teaching,provide basis for clarifying the focus of outpatient teaching,and provide new ideas for the training of TCM resident physicians.
