临床病理科住院医师规范化培训课程体系建设的探索

摘要
住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是培养合格住院医师,提高医疗队伍诊疗水平的重要举措.设定科学的教学课程体系,提高住院医师的岗位胜任力是住培的核心和关键.广东省人民医院临床病理科专业基地基于成果导向的教育理念,设计多层次和组合式课程体系,采用分层递进式培养方案,探索建立以岗位胜任力为导向、以提高住院医师综合实践能力为中心的住培教学体系.从理论知识、操作技能、诊断思维、教学演讲能力、科研素质和人文素养等多方面全方位多维度地培养病理科住院医师的岗位胜任力.经实践证明,该课程体系培训成效显著,培养出的住院医师综合实力强、素质过硬,可以为临床病理科住培工作提供借鉴.
Abstract
Standardized residency training is a important step to cultivate qualified resident doctors sustainably and improve the diagnosis and therapy level of medical teams as a whole.It is the core and key to establish the scientific curriculum system and increase residents'post competence.Based on the outcomes-based education concept,our clinicopathology base for residency training designed a multi-level and combined curriculum system,adopted the hierarchical and progressive training plan,and explored the establishment of a standardized training teaching and training system oriented on post competency and centered on improving the comprehensive practical ability of residents.We cultivated the post competence of residents in various aspects and dimensions,including theoretical knowledge,operational skills,diagnostic thinking,teaching methods,scientific research ability and humanistic quality.It was proved by practice that the curriculum system we explored could achieve significant effectiveness.It is able to train qualified residents with strong comprehensive strength and excellent quality,which provides reference for the training of residents in the department of pathology.
