摘要
目的 探讨改良迷你临床演练评估(mini-cinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)在住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)心脏超声教学中的应用效果.方法 选取2019年9月—2023年8月在嘉兴大学附属医院超声医学科参加规范化培训的36名住院医师为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,比较两组出科考试成绩,比较观察组改良Mini-CEX首次评价与末次评价结果.对观察组和对照组住院医师教学效果进行问卷调查.结果 技能操作考核成绩观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);理论考核成绩观察组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组改良Mini-CEX评价末次与首次比较,在病人接诊、技能操作、临床决策、回答咨询、人文素养、组织效能和整体表现7个方面差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05).观察组住院医师认为改良Mini-CEX评价方法有效果.结论 改良Mini-CEX在住培心脏超声教学中具有较好的应用效果,在技能操作方面效果更好.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of modified Mini-CEX in standardized echocardiography training among residents.Methods A total of 36 resident physicians who participated in standardized training in the Department of Ultrasound at the First Hospital of Jiaxing from September 2019 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group.The examination scores between the two groups were compared,and the initial and final evaluation results of modified Mini-CEX in the observation group were analyzed.A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the teaching effect among residents in the observation group and the control group.Results The results showed that the skill examination scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the theory examination scores between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The initial and final evaluation results of modified Mini-CEX in the observation group showed that there were significant differences in medical history talking,professional operation ability,clinical thinking,answering patients'consultations,humanistic care,organization ability,and overall performance(P<0.05).The observation group found the application of the modified Mini-CEX evaluation method to be effective.Conclusions Modified Mini-CEX appears to earn positive application effect in cardiac ultrasound teaching in standardized residency training,and achieve better results in skill operation.
