摘要

多学科教学病例讨论(multi-disciplinary teaching case discussion,MDTCD)是融合了临床多学科诊疗模式和基于团队的学习模式而设计的教学方法.该文通过分析多学科教学病例讨论的实施方法以及在住培中的应用,基于住院医师对多学科教学病例讨论的满意度评估实施效果,旨在探讨多学科教学病例讨论在住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用与效果评估.

Abstract

Multi-disciplinary teaching case discussion(MDTCD)integrates clinical multidisciplinary treatment approaches with team-based learning models to design a teaching method.This study analyzed the implementation methods of multi-disciplinary teaching case discussion and its application in resident training.Based on the satisfaction assessment of resident physicians on multi-disciplinary teaching case discussion,the implementation effect is evaluated.It aims to explore the application and effect evaluation of multi-disciplinary teaching case discussion in the standardized training of resident physicians.
