摘要
住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是我国卫生人才培养的基本制度,思政教育是人才培养的基本内容,该研究以住培基地党建工作为核心,探讨提高住院医师思政素养的有效路径.该文从国家相关文件要求和实际教学管理中的现实要求两个方面阐明住培基地党建工作开展的迫切性.对当前国内住培基地党建工作的研究进展进行综述.从住培基地党的组织设置和组织生活、党建与住培有效融合以及政策支持等方面给出思考和建议,为加强住培基地党建工作提供参考.
Abstract
The standardized residency training is the basic policy system of our country's health personnel training,and ideological and political education is the basic content of personnel training.This article focuses on the Party building work in training bases and discusses effective ways to improve the ideological and political literacy of resident physicians.The article elaborates on the urgency of carrying out Party building work of training bases from two aspects:relevant national documents requirement and the teaching management practical requirement.The article provides a review of the research progress on Party building work of domestic training bases.The authors propose thoughts and suggestions on organizational setup and organizational life of the Party in the training bases,effective integration of Party building with standardized residency training,and policy support,providing reference for strengthening the Party building work of training bases.
