摘要

目的 探索党建与业务融合背景下,有效推动住院医师党支部建设的相关举措,通过发挥党建引领作用提升住培内涵质量建设.方法 浙江大学医学院附属妇产科医院住院医师党支部围绕推进党员统一管理、实施党建学习引领计划、搭建各类平台、深化支部品牌建设等重要举措,探索党建和业务融合有效路径,总结实践经验.结果 党支部建设的实践探索在提升住院医师职业素养、专业能力、病人管理、沟通合作、教学能力和学习提升六大核心胜任力等方面初见成效,对提高住培质量内涵建设具有重要意义.结论 要坚定推行住院医师独立党支部模式,提升党建与业务的融合度,找准党建工作着力点,以住院医师为中心助力其成长成才,提升住培内涵质量建设.

Abstract

Objective Under the background of the integration of Party building with profession,the relevant measures to effectively promote the construction of the Party branch of residents were explored,and the connotation and quality construction of residency training was improved by giving play to the leading role of Party building.Methods Residents'Party branch of Women's Hospital School of Medicine Zhejiang University explored effective paths of Party building and profession integration and summarized practical experience by focusing on important measures such as promoting unified management of Party members,the implementation of Party building learning and leading plan,the construction of various platforms and deepening branch brand building.Results The practical exploration of the construction of the Party branch of residents achieved initial results in improving the six core competencies of residents,such as professional quality,professional ability,patient management,communication and cooperation,teaching ability and learning improvement,which was of great significance for improving the quality and connotation construction of standardized residency training.Conclusion It is necessary to firmly implement the independent Party branch model of residents,improve the integration of Party building with profession,identify the focus of Party building work,take residents as the center to help them grow and become talents,and improve the connotation and quality of residency training.
