摘要
目的 基于叙事医学的医学教育受到越来越多的关注.本研究旨在分析相关文献的主要特点,并探索该主题的研究热点和方向.方法 2023 年 8 月在科学网核心期刊集(WoSCC)中纳入文献,检索策略为[TS=(narrative medicine)or TS=(narrative based medicine)]AND[TS=(medical education)]AND[Document types=(article or review)]AND[Language=(English)].使用 VOSviewer可视化共引和共现分析.CiteSpace(6.1.R2)用于构建,共被引关键词的聚类分析,以及检测高被引突现的参考文献和关键词.结果 以基于叙事医学的医学教育为主题的论文数量呈逐年增加趋势.美国发表文章最多,Charon R是核心研究者.发表在Academic Medicine上的文章数量最多.医学教育与培训、叙事医学、人文科学是研究热点.结论 基于叙事医学的医学教育近年来进展迅速.大量文献源自美国.Charon R是这一领域的核心作者.该领域的未来研究将聚焦于医学教育与培训、叙事医学、人文科学.
Abstract
Objective Medical education based on narrative medicine has received increasing attention recently.The present investigation endeavored to analyze the main characteristics of related articles and identify emerging research trends and hotspots.Methods Publications included were extracted from the Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)in August 2023.The search strategies were:[TS=(narrative medicine)or TS=(narrative based medicine)]AND[TS=(medical education)]AND[Document types=(article or review)]AND[Language=(English)].Bibliographic coupling,co-citation,and co-occurrence analysis were performed and visualized using VOSviewer.CiteSpace(6.1.R 2)served to visualize perform cluster analysis of co-cited keywords,and detect references and keywords with intense citation bursts.Results Medical education based on narrative medicine exhibited a steady annual escalation in scholarly outputs.The USA made the most contributions to this field,and Charon R was the prominent researcher.The highest volume of publications appeared in the journal Academic Medicine.Medical education and training,narrative medicine and humanities were research hotspots.Conclusion The study of narrative-medicine-based medical education is advancing rapidly.Extensive literature originates from the USA.In this field,Charon R has garnered the most frequent citations.Subsequent investigations will still focus on medical education and training,narrative medicine and medical humanities.
