华东农区紫花苜蓿短期栽培利用的可行性研究

为探讨紫花苜蓿在华东农区冬闲田短期栽培利用的可行性,选用秋眠性较弱的紫花苜蓿品种游客与金花菜、多花黑麦草进行了生产性能比较试验.结果表明:秋播紫花苜蓿第二年4~5月生长迅速,在种植夏季作物玉米或水稻前可刈割2~3茬.刈割2茬的鲜、干草产量分别达到59902.71kg/hm~2和12372.18kg/hm~2,低于多花黑麦草而显著高于金花菜.紫花苜蓿粗蛋白质含量显著高于多花黑麦草,与金花菜相差不大,粗蛋白质产量与多花黑麦草相近.由此认为,紫花苜蓿在华东农区具有短期栽培利用价值.
A Study on the Feasibility of Cultivation and Utilization of Alfalfa for Short Term in Farming Region in East China
A weak fall dormancy variety of alfalfa(Medicago sativa L. cv. Eureka)(FD 8), California burclover(Medicago denticutata Willd)and Italian ryegrass(Lolium multiflorum Lam.) were used in a field trial in order to testify the feasibility of cultivation and utiliaztion of alfalfa for short term and to compare their performance of forage productivity. The results showed as follows: autumn seeded alfalfa grew well in April and May nest year, it could be harvested 2 or 3 times before maize or rice were planted in summer. The fresh and hay yield were 59902.71kg/hm~2 and 12372.18kg/hm~2, respectively. The fresh yield of alfalfa was less than that of Italian ryegrass, but the crude protein yield was almost the same as Italian ryegrass. The alfalfa got higher fresh forage, dry matter, crude protein and digestible dry matter yield than burclover significantly. Alfalfa had cultivation and utilization value for short term in farming region in east China.
