Using high liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry the flavonoids in the methanol extract in leave and stems of Nitraria tangutorum were qualitatively analyzed.A total of 12 flavonoids components were identified,including three quercetin derivatives,two kaempferide derivatives,and seven isorhamnetin derivatives.For semi-quantitative analysis of flavonoids,the total content of flavonoids in stems was up to 14.44mg/g,in leaves was up to 42.43mg/g.
