采用高效液相色谱串联质谱技术对唐古特白刺叶和茎中甲醇提取物进行黄酮成分的定性分析,共识别出12种黄酮成分,包括槲皮素衍生物3种、山奈素衍生物2种、异鼠李素衍生物7种.通过标准品进行半定量分析表明,唐古特白刺茎中黄酮含量达到14.44mg/g,叶中黄酮总含量为42.43mg/g.
Using high liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry the flavonoids in the methanol extract in leave and stems of Nitraria tangutorum were qualitatively analyzed.A total of 12 flavonoids components were identified,including three quercetin derivatives,two kaempferide derivatives,and seven isorhamnetin derivatives.For semi-quantitative analysis of flavonoids,the total content of flavonoids in stems was up to 14.44mg/g,in leaves was up to 42.43mg/g.
