Responses Strategy of Morphology of Artemisia frigida to Grazing Intensity
The experiment investigated plant height and leaf epidermis micro-morphology of Artemisia frigida to study the responses strategy of morphology of Artemisia frigida to grazing intensity under different grazing intensity. The results indicated that the characteristics of height and leaf epidermis micromorphology of A.frigida were significantly different in different grazing intensity. The growth form of A.frigida changed from leaning to creeping, the reproductive branches reduced or disappeared, and the leaf epidermal ornamentation bump and the stomata subsidence extent with the grazing intensity increased.
