温度对胡枝子属植物种子萌发特性的影响

Effect of Temperature on Seed Germination of Species of Lespedeza Mich.

以胡枝子属6种植物为材料,设定7个恒温和2个变温对其种子进行发芽特性研究.结果表明:多花胡枝子种子适宜萌发的温度范围最广,除40℃发芽率较低(仅45.0%)外,其余处理均高达88.0%以上;达乌里胡枝子则表现出较强的耐高温现象,在大于35℃的温度下发芽率高达90.0%.所有供试材料中,胡枝子种子受高温、低温影响最大且发芽开始时间较晚,对温度表现出明显的敏感性.除胡枝子外,其余物种发芽指数在小于35℃范围内呈增加趋势,但温度超过35℃时急剧下降;活力指数各材料均表现为恒温25℃或30℃下最高.综合各指标,多花胡枝子、美丽胡枝子和大叶胡枝子最适发芽温度为25℃,截叶胡枝子为30℃,而胡枝子和达鸟里胡枝子在变温25/35℃下发芽最好.
The seed germination characteristics of 6 species of Lespedeza Mich.were studied by setting 7 constant and 2 alternative temperature treatments.The results showed that the suitable germination temperature range for L.floribunda Bunge.was the widest.Germination rates exceeded 88.0% in almost all treatments except for 40℃(only 45.0%).Germination of L.davurica (Laxm.).Schindl.showed a greater resistance to high temperature,Germination rates were 90.0% over 35℃.The High and low temperature had great influence on delaying seed germination of Lespedeza bicolor Turcz.,which showed a temperature sensitive feature.Germination index of all materials except for Lespedeza bicolor Turcz.showed an increasing trend in a certain temperature range and then declined sharply over 35℃.Vigor index of the 6 species were the maximum at constant temperature 25℃ and 30℃.In general,the optimum germination temperature for L.floribunda Bunge.,L.formosa (vog.) Kochne.and L.davidii Franch.were 25℃,L.cuneata (Dum Cours.) was 30℃,but the seed of Lespedeza bicolor Turcz.and L.davurica (Laxm.).Schindl.had the best germination under alternative temperature 25/35℃.
