黄花苜蓿MfNAC34基因克隆及特性分析

NAC转录因子具有调节植物生长发育和应答非生物胁迫的功能。本研究从内蒙古锡林郭勒草原野生黄花苜蓿材料中克隆获得1个NAC家族蛋白基因MfNAC34(GenBank登录号为MH481768),分析MfNAC34基因编码蛋白的理化性质、亚细胞定位和转录激活特性。结果显示:MfNAC34基因开放阅读框序列为621 bp,编码亲水性蛋白质,分子量为23。52 kD,理论等电点为4。09。MfNAC34为定位在细胞核内的胁迫诱导的转录因子,且转录激活域位于其C端。
Cloning and Characteristic Analysis of MfNAC34 in Medicago falcata
NAC transcription factor can regulate plant growth and development and respond to abiotic stress.In this study,a NAC family protein gene MfNAC34(GenBank accession number:MH481768)was cloned from Medicago falcata in Xilinguole League steppe of Inner Mongolia,the physicochemical properties,subcellular localization and transcriptional activation activity of MfNAC34 protein were identified.The results showed that the open reding frame sequence of MfNAC34 gene was 621 bp,encoding a hydrophilic protein with a molecular weight of 23.52 kD and a theoretical isoelectric point of 4.09.MfNAC34 was a stress-induced tran-scription factor localized in the nucleus,and the transcription activation domain was located at its C-terminal.
