Analysis of Chloroplast Genome and Phylogeny of Yellow Flowered Type Medicago ruthenica
In this study, the sequence characteristics and codon bias of the chloroplast genome of Yel-low flowered type Medicago ruthenica was analyzed, and the phylogenetic tree and collinearity analysis were used to explore the relationship between Yellow flowered type M.ruthenica and other related spe-cies,to clarify its species classification. The results showed that the chloroplast genome of Yellow flow-ered type M.ruthenica was 127572 bp in length and 34.19%in GC content, and the codon bias analysis showed that the coding process of the chloroplast genes used A/U codons preferentially in coding process.Phylogenetic tree and collinearity analysis showed that the chloroplast genome of Yellow flowered type M.ruthenica was more similar to that of Medicago archiducis-nicolai.
