施肥对河西走廊豆禾混播草地根际土壤生物学特性的影响

本研究以甘农 3号紫花苜蓿和原野无芒雀麦混播草地为研究对象,设置不施肥(N0P0K0)、平衡施肥(N2P2K2)、不施氮(N0P2K2)、不施磷(N2P0K2)和不施钾(N2P2K0)共5个处理,测定根际土壤酶活性与微生物量碳、氮、磷含量,并进行相关性分析和灰色关联度分析,筛选豆禾混播草地最佳施肥模式,以期从生物学角度为河西走廊混播草地的施肥与管理提供指导。结果表明:与N0P0K0处理相比,施肥处理下蔗糖酶(SU)、脲酶(UA)、碱性磷酸酶(APA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和微生物量碳(SMBC)、微生物量氮(SMBN)、微生物量磷(SMBP)分别增加14。3%~64。1%、15。1%~62。0%、14。9%~73。2%、9。4%~39。8%、17。6%~113。1%、22。9%~91。7%、20。1%~74。9%。不同处理间,SU、APA、CAT活性和SMBC、SMBP含量均表现为:N2P2K2>N2P2K0>N0P2K2>N2P0K2>N0P0K0,UA活性和SMBN含量表现为:N2P2K2>N2P2K0>N2P0K2>N0P2K2>N0P0K0,且4种施肥处理下,测定指标数值均显著高于N0P0K0 处理。不同月份间,紫花苜蓿和无芒雀麦根际土壤SU、UA、APA、CAT活性和SMBC、SMBP、SMBN含量均表现为 7月>5月>10月。相关分析表明,4种酶活性与微生物量碳、氮、磷间均呈正相关关系。灰色关联度综合评价表明,施肥对河西走廊甘农3号紫花苜蓿和原野无芒雀麦混播草地根际土壤生物学特性的影响表现为:N2P2K2>N2P2K0>N0P2K2>N2P0K2>N0P0K0。
Effects of Fertilization on Biological Properties of Rhizosphere Soil in Legume-Gramineae Mixtures in Hexi Corridor
In this study,'Gannong No.3'Medicago sativa and'Yuanye'Bromus inermis mixed grass-land were selected as the research objects,and five treatments were set up:no fertilization(N0P0K0),bal-anced fertilization(N2P2K2),no nitrogen application(N0P2K2),no phosphorus application(N2P0K2)and no potassium application(N2P2K0).The rhizosphere soil enzyme activity and microbial biomass car-bon,nitrogen,and phosphorus content were measured,and correlation analysis and grey correlation analy-sis were conducted to select the optimal fertilization mode for legume-grass mixture,in order to provide guidance for fertilization and management of mixed grassland in the Hexi Corridor from a biological perspec-tive.The results showed that compared with the N0P0K0 treatment,the activities of sucrase(SU),urease(UA),alkaline phosphatase(APA),catalase(CAT),microbial biomass carbon(SMBC),microbial bio-mass nitrogen(SMBN)and microbial biomass phosphorus(SMBP)were increased by 14.3%-64.1%,15.1%-62.0%,14.9%-73.2%,9.4%-39.8%,17.6%-113.1%,22.9%-91.7%,20.1%-74.9%,respectively.Among the different treatments,SU,APA,CAT activity,the content SMBC and SMBP were as follows:N2P2K2>N2P2K0>N0P2K2>N2P0K2>N0P0K0.The UA activity and SMBN con-tent were as follow:N2P2K2>N2P2K0>N2P0K2>N0P2K2>N0P0K0,and measured indexes under the four fertilization treatments were significantly higher than those under the N0P0K0 treatment.In different months,the activities of SU,UA,APA,CAT and the contents of SMBC,SMBN and SMBP in the rhizo-sphere soil of alfalfa and Bromus inermis were in July>May>October.Correlation analysis showed that the activities of the four enzymes were positively correlated with microbial biomass carbon,nitrogen,and phosphorus.The comprehensive evaluation of grey correlation degree showed that the effects of fertiliza-tion on the rhizosphere soil biological characteristics of'Gannong No.3'Medicago sativa and'Yuanye'Bromus inermis mixed grassland in Hexi Corridor were as follows:N2P2K2>N2P2K0>N0P2K2>N2P0K2>N0P0K0.
