光伏发电与"三北"工程建设协同发展分析

我国"三北"工程区的大量区域是戈壁、荒漠和退化沙化草原,光照资源充足,为可再生能源开发提供了广阔空间。光伏发电技术为实现我国"双碳"目标和促进区域均衡发展提供了新的途径。本文基于我国可再生能源事业发展背景和生态文明建设内在要求,分析我国乃至世界光伏新能源的发展态势及我国"三北"工程建设的特点和需求,阐释光伏发电与"三北"生态工程建设协同发展面临的机遇和挑战,认为光伏发电与"三北"工程建设存在良好的协同发展基础,在此基础上提出促进光伏发电与"三北"工程建设,尤其是草原生态修复协同发展的建议,以期为"三北"工程建设提供新思路,为支持和规范光伏发电产业合理使用荒漠、沙化草地等提供参考。
Analysis of Coordinated Development of Photovoltaic Power Generation and"Three-North"Project Construction
A large number of areas in China's"Three-North"project area are gobi,desert and degraded,desertified grasslands,with sufficient light resources,providing a broad space for the develop-ment of renewable energy.Photovoltaic power generation provides a new way to achieve China's"dual car-bon"goal and promote regional balanced development.Based on the development background of China's renewable energy industry and inherent requirements of ecological civilization construction,this paper ana-lyzed the development trend of photovoltaic new energy in China and the world as well as the characteristics and needs of China's"Three-North"project construction,and explained the opportunities and challenges faced by the coordinated development of photovoltaic power generation and"Three-North"ecological proj-ect construction.It is believed that there is a good foundation for the coordinated development of photovol-taic power generation and the"Three-North"project construction,and on this basis,suggestions are put forward to promote the coordinated development of photovoltaic power generation and the"Three-North"project construction,especially grassland ecological restoration,in order to provide new ideas for the"Three-North"project construction,and provide reference for supporting and standardizing the rational use of desert and desertified grassland in the photovoltaic power generation industry.
