Reasonableness analysis of medical orders in 3 294 industrialized triple chamber bags
Objective To study all the industrialization triple chamber bags medical orders of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University in 2022,and to analyze their rationality.Methods Through the Zhihuiyuan system of the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services,the information on the use of industrialized triple chamber bags in all wards of our hospital in 2022 was collected,counting 33 wards,total of 3 294 medical orders,with reference to the consensus of various experts and related literature,13 evaluation standards were established,and the rationality of all medical orders was analyzed.Results There were 2 704 reasonable medical orders,accounting for 82.09%,and there were 8 types of problems,mainly for the overuse of N(2)-L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine injection,accounting for 88.71%of all problems;gastrointestinal surgery ward I is the main ward that needed intervention.Conclusion Through the analysis of the medical orders of industrialized triple chamber bags,the main problems are grasped,and the improvement methods are clarified to ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical use of industrialized triple chamber bags.
