Observation on the effect of triple therapy on preventing hemorrhage after second caesarean section
Objective To observe the effect of triple therapy on preventing hemorrhage after second caesarean section. Methods A total of 80 women with secondary cesarean section in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n= 40)and the observation group(n= 40)according to random number method. The control group was treated with oxytocin and tranexamic acid, while the observation group was treated with oxytocin, tranexamic acid combined with carprost triol injection. The blood loss and coagulation function of the two groups at different time were observed and compared, and the occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded. Results There was no difference in the amount of intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05),but the amount of blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group at 2 h and 24 h after surgery(P<0.05).There were no differences in PT,TT,APTT,FIB and Hb indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).However,PT,TT and APTT indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 24 hours after delivery, and FIB and Hb in the observation group 24 hours after delivery were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 15.00%in the observation group and 7.50%in the control group, with no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of oxytocin, tranexamic acid combined with carprost trochantriol injection can effectively improve the coagulation function of the parturients and reduce the amount of bleeding after the second caesarean section.
