Effects of PAV combined with PSV on blood flow and oxygenation index in patients with respiratory failure
Objective To explore the effect of PAV combined with PSV on blood flow and oxygenation index in patients with respiratory failure.Methods According to different treatment methods,patients with respiratory failure who were hospitalized and treated in our hospital were divided into proportional assisted ventilation combined with pressure support ventilation group(PP group):patients in this group added pressure support ventilation to assisted ventilation on the basis of PAV group patients;proportion assisted ventilation group(PAV group):Patients in this group use proportional assisted ventilation for assisted ventilation,50 patients in each group.There was no significant difference in general data between patients in PAV group and PP group.By analyzing the differences in vital signs,respiratory parameters,blood gas indexes,oxygenation index,and comfort of patients in the PAV group and the PP group,we explored the proportion of assisted ventilation(PAV)combined with pressure support ventilation(PSV)for blood flow and oxygen in patients with respiratory failure.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in various indicators between the PAV group and the PP group(P＞0.05);After treatment,the systolic blood pressure,RR,HR and other respiratory parameters in the PP group were significantly lower than those in the PAV group(P＜0.05),while the PiP,VE,Vti and other respiratory parameters in the PP group were significantly higher than those in the PAV group(P＜0.05);The expression level of PaO2 indicators in the PP group was significantly higher than that in the PAV group,while the expression level of PaCO2 was significantly lower than that in the PAV group(all P＜0.05);The oxygenation index of PP group patients was significantly higher than that of PAV group,and the comfort of mechanical ventilation treatment was significantly lower than that of PAV group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with single PAV treatment,PAV combined with PSV treatment has better treatment effect on patients with respiratory failure,and can significantly improve the patient's basic life characteristics,blood flow,oxygenation index and other indicators.
