大苞栝楼根去苦工艺及安全性评价研究

目的 研究去除大苞栝楼根苦味方法,并对精制的大苞栝楼根粉安全性进行评价,为开发利用大苞栝楼根提供依据。方法 通过酸水洗涤法去除大苞栝楼根粉的苦味;对精制大苞栝楼根粉的最大耐受量实验和长期用药的毒性实验进行了研究。结果 得到的精制大苞栝楼根味淡,几无苦味;小鼠对精制大苞栝楼根粉的MTD>2。0 g/kg,未见明显的毒性反应;连续 28 d灌胃给药后和停药 14 d后,高、中、低剂量组的大鼠体重、血常规、血液生化学指标、重要脏器系数与正常对照组差异无统计学意义。结论 制得的精制大苞栝楼根粉色白,味淡,安全,具有潜在的开发价值。
Study on removing bitterness and safety evaluation of Trichosanthes bracteata(Lam.)root
Objective The bitterness removal method and the safety of the purified powder were studied,so as to provide a basis for the development and utilization of Trichosanthes bracteata(Lam.)root.Methods The bitter taste of the powder was removed by acid-water washing.The maximum tolerance test and toxicity of refined powder were studied.Results The refined powder was light in taste and hardly bitter in taste.The MTD of refined powder was>2.0 g/kg.After continuous 28 days of intragastric administration and 14 days after withdrawal,there were no significant differences in body weight,blood routine,blood biochemical indexes and organ coefficients between the high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups and the normal control group.Conclusion The refined root powder of Trichosanthes bracteata(Lam.)root was white,light,safe and had potential development value.
