Objective To analyze the unreasonable medical orders of intravenous medication,in order to provide a basis for improving the rationality of clinical intravenous medication and ensuring the safety of the medication.Methods Select and analyze unreasonable medical orders in Pharmacy intravenous admixture service intervened by prescription-checking pharmacists from January to December 2022.Results From January to December 2022,there were 1 899 cases of unreasonable medical orders in PIVAS,involving the types and dosage of solvents,incompatibilities,usage and dosage of drugs,route of administration,composition of TPN,etc.Conclusion Prescription-checking pharmacists of PIVAS can effectively intervene in unreasonable medication orders,ensure patient medication safety,and achieve the goal of effective treatment.
