Objective To explore the use and pharmaceutical care of inhaled corticosteroids by participating in the treatment of severe pneumonia in a child.Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of a child with severe pneumonia by making full use of pharmaceutical professional knowledge,and provided individualized atomization treatment plan for the child.Results The clinical pharmacist assisted the clinician to use inhaled corticosteroids correctly and rationally,and the child was discharged with improved condition.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists can standardize the use of inhaled corticosteroids,optimize the treatment plan,achieve personalized medication,and ensure the safe and reasonable use of drugs in children.
