Analysis of the influence of driver's license scoring management on perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics for thyroid in a hospital
Objective To study the effect of driver's license scoring management on perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics during thyroid surgery in a hospital from 2017 to 2020.Methods A total of 503 cases were included, and the data of age, sex, diagnosis, selection of antimicrobial drug variety, selection of administration time and time of use were recorded and analyzed. Results In 2017(before driver's license management),the utilization rate of antibiotics was higher than 30%(31.78%),and lower than the national requirement of<30% in other years;the utilization rate of antimicrobial prophylaxis in 2017 was compared with that in other years, and there was statistical significance(P<0.01).In 2017,the rational rate of preoperative administration time was only 55.88%,the rational rate of drug administration timing was 100%from 2018 to 2020;there was no difference in the treatment duration between 2017 and other years(P>0.05).The variety selection in 2020 was better than that in other years(all of them were cefazolin),and the reasonability rate of variety selection in 2017 was statistically significant compared with 2020(P<0.01).Conclusion Perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics in thyroid surgery in the hospital is standard, but it still needs continuous monitoring and supervision.
