Objective Explore the working mode of pharmacists in PIVAS to participate in the active monitoring of intravenous ADR.Methods Data on the use of Xuebijing Injection(10 ml,Tianjin Hongri Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)were collected from all in-patients in the 2021.PIVAS pharmacists participated in the active ADR monitoring,to establish the active monitoring model of PIVAS pharmacists participating in clinical ADR.Results A total of 1 468 in-patients using Xuebijing Injection were collected in 2021.PIVAS pharmacists participated in the active monitoring of 3 cases of Xuebijing Injection ADR,PIVAS pharmacists who participated in the clinical ADR monitoring clearly found many hidden and caused by the irrational administration of ADR.Conclusion Taking Xuebijing Injection as an example,PIVAS pharmacists participate in ADR active monitoring based on the examination of intravenous medication orders,and establish the active monitoring mode of PIVAS pharmacists participating in intravenous medication ADR,the change from passive monitoring to active monitoring can improve the reporting rate of ADR,reduce the rate of doctors missing reporting,and improve the quality of ADR reporting,which can promote the efficient development of hospital ADR monitoring.
