The decocting process of TCM plays an important role in the efficacy of TCM.In recent years,the number of patients who choose the service of decocting Chinese medicine of the hospital has been increasing.In order to provide patients with convenient,effective and safe Chinese medicine decoction,this research stand under the historical coordinate of the new era of"Internet+",conducted field research and visits to six Chinese medicine institutions providing the service of decocting Chinese medicine in Fuzhou urban area.Combined with expert interviews,from the personnel qualification,decocting equipment management,decocting process,distribution mode,information degree and other perspectives,this paper analyzes the current situation of TCM decoctions in Fuzhou urban TCM institutions under the background of"Internet+",and proposes the path to optimize TCM decoctions services,in order to improve the quality of TCM decoctions services and patients'trust in TCM.
