摘要

目的 探讨新型冠状病毒感染中医药防治方案的核心用药规律,为临床用药提供一定的理论指导.方法 收集各新型冠状病毒感染诊疗方案,提取相关数据统计和分析药物的频次、性味归经、关联规则.结果 共纳入 183 首治疗方和 52 首预防方,涉及证型 34 种,中药 272 味.针对不同分期不同证型,高频药物整体药性以温、平为主,归经肺、脾;预防方案均起补肺健脾的作用.结论 防治新型冠状病毒感染的中医药方案均针对湿毒壅肺的病机,以补气健脾、生津润肺、驱除侵袭之湿毒为核心治法,要制定更有效可行的防治方案,还需进一步结合中医理论与临床实践.

Abstract

Objective To explore the core medication rule of of traditional Chinese medicine for prevention and treatment of COVID-19,and to provide certain theoretical guidance for clinical drug use.Methods Diagnosis and treatment plans of COVID-19 in different areas were collected,extract relevant data to conduct statistical analysis on the frequency of drugs,flavor and meridian tropism and association rules.Results 183 therapeutic prescriptions and 52 prophylactic prescriptions were included,involving 34 syndromes and 272 traditional Chinese medicines.According to different stages and syndrome types,the overall drug properties of high-frequency drugs were mainly warm and flat,which meridian tropism in lung and spleen,the prevention prescriptions all play the role of invigorating the lung and spleen.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine plans aim at the pathogenesis of damptoxin obstruction in the lung,with the core treatment methods of invigorating qi and invigorating spleen,invigorating fluid and moistening lung,and resolving dampness and detoxicating to prevent and treat the COVID-19.To develop a more effective and feasible prevention and treatment plan,further combination of traditional Chinese medicine theory and clinical practice is needed.
