Study of auricular point stimulation combined with high frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and swallowing training to improve swallowing disorder after stroke
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of auricular stimulation combined with high frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and swallowing training to improve swallowing disorder after stroke. Methods Seventy-six patients with post-stroke swallowing disorder admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into test group(auricular stimulation+high frequency rTMS+swallowing training,38 cases)and control group(swallowing training alone,38 cases)by random number table method. Before and after the intervention, the swallowing function of both groups was evaluated by the standard swallowing function assessment scale(SSA),and the television fluoroscopic swallowing function test(VFSS)was given to both groups to evaluate the intervention effect. Results The SSA score after the intervention was lower in the test group than before the intervention in this group and after the intervention in the control group, and the VFSS score was higher than before the intervention in this group and after the intervention in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SSA in the control group was lower than that before the intervention, and the VFSS score was higher than that before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the test group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of swallowing training, combined with high frequency rTMS and auricular stimulation, the combination of the three can play a synergistic role, further strengthen the clinical efficacy and better promote the recovery of swallowing function in patients.
