The entry time of domestic drug development affected by its own technical strength and R&D investment is much later than that of leading pharmaceutical enterprises in developed countries,mostly generic drugs.In recent years,with the gradual advancement of the strategy of national intellectual property power in China,the transformation of pharmaceutical companies from imitation to independent innovation has become the general trend,the importance of intellectual property rights has become increasingly prominent,and intellectual property rights,especially patents,have gradually become an important asset for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness at home and abroad and in the international market.In this paper,the patent application ideas of small molecule chemical drugs are discussed from the perspective of patent mining,providing a reference for pharmaceutical companies and scientific research institutions.
