Network pharmacological mechanism analysis of same treatment of different diseases of Jianpi Xiaozhi Fang in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with lipid metabolism disorder
Objective To explore the potential mechanism of same treatment of different diseases of Jianpi Xiaozhi Fang in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated with lipid metabolism disorder.Methods The main active constituents and their potential target proteins of Jianpi Xiaozhi Fang were obtained by TCMSP.Disease targets associated with T2DM and dyslipidemia were screened using GeneCards,OMIM and TTD databases,and the"composition-target-gene-disease"network map was constructed using Cytoscape3.7.0 software.GO enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis were conducted in DAVID database.Results 71 effective components of Jianpi Xiaozhi Fang,262 effective targets,2 078 targets for T2DM,1 467 targets associated with lipid metabolism disorder,133 common targets of drugs and diseases were searched.The common target of T2DM and lipid metabolism disorders was imported into the STRING database to build a protein interaction(PPI)network map,and the PPI analysis data was imported into Cytoscape3.7.0 software to screen out the core target of T2DM combined with lipid metabolism disorders,and builded a core target network map.The results of GO and KEGG indicated that the Jianpi Xiaozhi Fang was related to AGE-RAGE,TNF,PI3K-AKT,IL-17 and HIF-1 signaling pathway.Conclusion Same treatment of different diseases of Jianpi Xiaozhi Fang in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated with lipid metabolism disorder may improve insulin resistance and inflammatory response through AGE-RAGE,TNF,PI3K-AKT,HIF-1,IL-17 and other signaling pathways.
