To analyze the clinical rules of the combined treatment of acupuncture and medication for acute gouty arthritis based on data mining
Objective To analyze the clinical rules of the combined treatment of acupuncture and medication for acute gouty arthritis based on data mining,and to provide the reference for the combination of acupuncture and medication in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods The literature related to the treatment of acute gouty arthritis by combination of acupuncture and medication in the past 20 years was retrieved and screened.The prescription database was established with Excel 2019 and the frequency analysis of prescription Chinese medicines,acupoints,meridian normalization and classification of TCD was conducted.Cluster analysis was conducted with SPSS Statistics 26.Association rules were analyzed with SPSS Modeler18.0.Results A total of 40 prescriptions were included,among which Sanyinjiao and Coix seed were the most frequently used acupoints and drugs.Association rule analysis showed that the highest point correlation was Sanyinjiao-Coix seed-Zusanli;ten cluster groups were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion This study summarize the clinical rules of acupoint selection and common combinations of acupuncture and medication in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis,and provid a train of thought for the clinical treatment of acute gouty arthritis with acupuncture and medicine.
