Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in pharmaceutical monitoring of patients with bronchial asthma and improve the therapeutic effect of bronchial asthma.Methods Clinical pharmacists participate in the drug treatment of patients with acute attacks of bronchial asthma,take the pharmaceutical care of glucocorticoid treatment as the entry point,assist clinicians to develop individualized treatment plans for patients,and implement the whole-process pharmaceutical monitoring.Results In clinical pharmacy practice,clinical pharmacists found and solved the problems related to drug treatment in time,provided pharmaceutical care for doctors to patients,and improved the safety and effectiveness of medication.Conclusion The pharmaceutical monitoring of patients by clinical pharmacists is beneficial to improving the effect of drug treatment and benefiting patients.
