Comparative analysis of antibacterial drugs in the 2019～2022 edition of the"the catalog of medicines covered by national medical insurance system"
Objective This paper compared and analyzed the changes in antimicrobial specifications in"the National Catalogue of Drugs for Basic Medical Insurance,Industrial Injury Insurance and Maternity Insurance"(hereinafter referred to as"the catalog of medicines covered by national medical insurance system"),in order to better implement the medical insurance policy and promote clinical rational application.Methods The antibacterial drugs for systemic use in the 2019～2022 edition of the"the catalog of medicines covered by national medical insurance system"were summarized,and the differences between different editions were compared and analyzed by using descriptive analysis methods.Results The number of antibacterial drug specifications and the types of negotiations during the agreement period were increasing year by year;the fourth edition of antibacterial drug dosage forms were mainly injection and oral regular-release dosage forms(the sum of the two is between 79.14%and 80.65%);There were 50 types drugs with limited payment conditions in the 2019 and 2020 edition,which increased to 54 in the 2021 edition,and droped sharply to 44 in the 2022 edition;special antibacterial drugs for children account for 3.76%～5.35%;the"the catalog of medicines covered by national medical insurance system"involves 6 varieties and 9 specifications of antibacterial drugs that were national key monitoring drugs.Conclusion The accessibility of antibacterial drugs and the fairness of drug use have been further improved;the limited payment conditions for antibacterial drugs in the"the catalog of medicines covered by national medical insurance system"need to be expanded to be consistent with the instructions and clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines;more attention should be paid to special antibacterial drugs for children;strenthen supervision of antibacterial drugs in both the national key monitored drugs and the catalog of medicines covered by national medical insurance system.
