Observation on the effect of mirabegron combined with oxybutynin in patients with overactive bladder
Objective To explore the effect of mirabegron combined with oxybutynin in patients with overactive bladder. Methods 105 cases of patients with overactive bladder in a hospital from 2020 to 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n= 52)and observation group(n = 53)according to random number method. The control group was treated with mirabegron, and the observation group was treated with mirabegron combined with oxybutynin. The clinical efficacy, related symptom scores, psychological state, disease indicators and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group(96.23%)was higher than that of control group(80.77%)(P<0.05).After treatment,IPSS,UPSS,VSS and OABSS scores of two groups were decreased, and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SDS and SAS scores of both groups were decreased, and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Urine volume, mean urine flow rate, maximum urine flow rate, bladder compliance and maximum bladder pressure measurement volume in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(7.55%)was lower than that in control group(19.23%),but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion In patients with overactive bladder, mirabegron combined with oxybutynin has a significant effect, which can relieve the symptoms of urination and improve the urination condition without increasing the occurrence of adverse reactions, and thus reduce the negative emotions of patients.
