Prescription medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertension with sleep disorder in a hospital
Objective To explore the rule of traditional Chinese medicine prescription in the outpatient treatment of hypertension with sleep disorder in a hospital,to provide reference for doctors in medical institutions to use traditional Chinese medicine to treat such diseases,and to provide basis for hospital pharmacists to review such prescriptions.Methods Collect and screen the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of hypertension with sleep disorders in the department of psychological sleep in a hospital within three months,establish an excel standardized database,import the data into the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical records for mining,and statistically analyze the age distribution of patients,the frequency of single traditional Chinese medicine,the nature and taste of traditional Chinese medicine,the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,the combination of common traditional Chinese medicine,and the core prescription.Results Most of the patients with medical records and prescriptions were women;The high incidence age of the disease is 60~69 years old;The Chinese medicine with the highest frequency is sour jujube kernel;The drug properties are mainly mild,warm and slightly cold;The medicine tastes sweet,bitter and spicy;It mainly enters the heart,liver,spleen,lung,stomach and kidney channels;24 association rules were obtained from association analysis of traditional Chinese medicine;4 groups of clustering squares were obtained by cluster analysis;The core network is analyzed to obtain a group of core groups;Summarize the common basic formula of various syndromes and add or subtract along with the syndrome.Conclusion The treatment of hypertension with sleep disorders in our hospital is mainly based on the addition and subtraction of various classic prescriptions according to the symptoms.In terms of medication,we should pay attention to the application of antidepressant drugs,spleen-strengthening drugs,sedative drugs and tranquilizing drugs.
