一测多评法测定前列金丹片中三种成分含量

目的 建立一测多评法同时测定前列金丹片中原儿茶醛、芍药苷、王不留行黄酮苷含量的方法。方法 采用Shimadzu-C18 色谱柱(250 mm×4。6 mm,5 μm);以甲醇(A)-0。1%磷酸溶液(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速:1。0 ml/min;检测波长 230 nm;柱温 35℃,进样量 10 μl。以芍药苷为内标,计算其他两种成分的相对校正因子,计算其含量。结果 原儿茶醛、芍药苷、王不留行黄酮苷分别在0。26~2。59 μg/ml(r= 1。0000)、1。24~12。45 μg/ml(r= 0。9999)、0。14~1。45 μg/ml(r= 0。9993)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为 95。22%、96。46%和 94。90%。RSD依次为 1。1%、1。1%和 1。5%。一测多评法和外标法所得结果接近。结论 该方法操作简便、准确,具有很好的重现性和稳定性,可以用于前列金丹片的质量控制。
Simultaneous determination of three constituents in Qianlie Jindan Tablets by QAMS
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous content determination of protocatechuic aldehyde,paeoniflorin,vaccarin in Qianlie Jindan Tablets by quantitative analysis of multi-components with a single-marker(QAMS).Methods An Shimadzu-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used with methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(20:80)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 230 nm,the column temperature was 35℃,and the injection volume was 10 μl.Paeoniflorin was used as an internal standard to calculate the relative correction factors of the other two constituents,after which the content determination was calculated.Results The mass concentrations of protocatechuic aldehyde and vaccarin were in the range of 0.26~2.59 μg/ml(r = 1.0000),1.24~12.45 μg/ml(r= 0.9999),0.14~1.45 μg/ml(r= 0.9993),showing a good linear relationship with the peak area.whose average recoveries were 95.22%、96.46%and 94.90%with the RSD of 1.1%,1.1%and 1.5%,espectively.The result obtained by QAMS approximated those obtained by external standard method.Conclusion This simple,accurate method has good reproducibility and stability,can be used for the quality control of Qianlie Jindan Tablets.
