Simultaneous determination of three constituents in Qianlie Jindan Tablets by QAMS
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous content determination of protocatechuic aldehyde,paeoniflorin,vaccarin in Qianlie Jindan Tablets by quantitative analysis of multi-components with a single-marker(QAMS).Methods An Shimadzu-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used with methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(20:80)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 230 nm,the column temperature was 35℃,and the injection volume was 10 μl.Paeoniflorin was used as an internal standard to calculate the relative correction factors of the other two constituents,after which the content determination was calculated.Results The mass concentrations of protocatechuic aldehyde and vaccarin were in the range of 0.26~2.59 μg/ml(r = 1.0000),1.24~12.45 μg/ml(r= 0.9999),0.14~1.45 μg/ml(r= 0.9993),showing a good linear relationship with the peak area.whose average recoveries were 95.22%、96.46%and 94.90%with the RSD of 1.1%,1.1%and 1.5%,espectively.The result obtained by QAMS approximated those obtained by external standard method.Conclusion This simple,accurate method has good reproducibility and stability,can be used for the quality control of Qianlie Jindan Tablets.
