正交试验法优选十三味逐瘀合剂的提取工艺

目的 优选十三味逐瘀合剂的水提煎煮工艺,为其后续研究提供参考.方法 以煎煮次数(A)、加水量(B)、煎煮时间(C)作为考察因素,羟基红花黄色素A的含量与出膏率的综合评分为指标,确定羟基红花黄色素A含量和出膏率的权重系数分别为 70%和 30%,通过 L9(34)正交试验设计,优选水提的煎煮工艺,并进行验证实验.结果 最优选的煎煮工艺为加 8 倍量水,煎煮 2 次,每次煎煮 90 min.结论 优选的工艺条件合理、稳定可行,可用于规范化十三味逐瘀合剂提取.
Objective To optimize the water extraction decoction process of Shisanwei Zhuyu Mixture for its subsequent study.Methods The number of decoctions(A),water addition(B)and decoction time(C)were used as the investigating factors,and the combined scores of hydroxysafflor yellow A and leachate yield were used as indicators to determine the weighting coefficients of hydroxysafflor yellow A content and leachate yield as 70%and 30%,respectively,to optimize the water extraction decoction process by L9(34)orthogonal test design and to validate the test.Results The most preferred decoction process is to add 8 times the amount of water and decoct 2 times for 90 min each time.Conclusion The preferred process conditions are reasonable,stable and feasible for the standardized extraction process of Shisanwei Zhuyu Mixture.
