Analysis of the effect of refined management of narcotic and psychotropic drugs assisted by intelligent narcotic and psychotropic drugs cabinet
Objective To establish an intelligent comprehensive pharmacy based on internet technology,and analyze the effect of refined management of narcotic and psychotropic drugs assisted by intelligent narcotic and psychotropic drug cabinet.Methods The Puning People's Hospital used digital information means to construct an intelligent information management system for narcotic and psychotropic drugs in the comprehensive pharmacy,and implemented the refined management of narcotic and psychotropic drugs with the assistance of intelligent anesthetic cabinet.It is mainly aimed at the management of the warehousing,validity period,access,special account books and other work processes of narcotic and psychotropic drugs.The time of taking medicine,the registration time of special volume,the time of checking prescription information,the daily clearing rate of drug inventory and the incidence of adverse events related to narcotic and psychotropic drugs were counted before and after 7 months of intelligent management.Results Compared with before intelligent management,the time of taking medicine,the time of registering special volume and the time of checking prescription information were significantly reduced after 7 months of intelligent management,and the daily clearing rate of drug inventory was significantly increased(P＜0.05).The incidence of related adverse events such as mixed expiration date,drug error rate and unclear drug check was lower than that before intelligent management(P＜0.05).Conclusion With the help of intelligent narcotic and psychotropic drugs cabinet,the management of narcotic and psychotropic drugs has significantly improved the verification and use efficiency of Narcotic and psychotropic drugs in comprehensive pharmacy,improved the quality management of the process of taking medicine from clinical departments to comprehensive pharmacy,reduced the probability of related adverse events,and effectively ensured the use of narcotic and psychotropic drugs.
