Objective To analyze the approaches of clinical pharmacists to develop pharmaceutical care practice in cardiovascular department.Methods Based on the author's working practice in cardiovascular department,the contents and methods of clinical pharmaceutical service were introduced through case analysis.Results Clinical pharmacists in cardiovascular department provided treatment adjustment and intervention by focusing on drug therapy for special group and non-specialization medication,providing medication consultation and education,paying attention to drug interactions and ADR,and observing patients on the use of drugs.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should be fully integrated into the clinic and carry out various forms of pharmaceutical services to promote more rational and safe clinical medication.
