Analysis of the therapeutic effect and prognosis of decreasing anti reflux drugs in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease
Objective Analysis of the therapeutic effect and prognosis of decreasing anti reflux drugs in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods A total of 80 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)admitted to Yangdong District People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects. All patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group received oral administration of pantoprazole sodium enteric coated tablets and itopride dispersible tablets for 8 weeks, and the treatment dose was gradually reduced using a decreasing method. The control group received continuous oral administration of pantoprazole sodium enteric coated tablets for 8 weeks routine treatment with itopril dispersible tablets.Compare the differences in recovery, recurrence rate, adverse reactions, mental state, and cytokine levels between the two groups of patients. Results After treatment, the cytokine levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment, the gastroesophageal reflux disease scale(RDQ)and symptom disappearance time in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the recovery rate under endoscopy was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment, the number of patients with RDQ scores>12 in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment, the treatment group had significantly lower scores on the self rating anxiety scale(SAS),hamilton depression scale(HAMD),and pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)compared to the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of gastric retention, diarrhea and constipation in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The decreasing method can effectively control GERD symptoms and recurrence, effectively alleviate anxiety and depression, improve sleep conditions, and significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
