摘要
目的 提高临床复方氨基酸注射液使用的合理和安全性.方法 通过医院信息系统(HIS)抽取 2022 年 7 月～2023 年 6 月全院使用复方氨基酸注射液的医嘱,根据使用量从中抽取 240 份进行点评并进行分析.结果 本次点评总共 240 份医嘱,医嘱合格率为 37.9%,存在的主要问题有适应证不适宜、给药途径不适宜、给药剂量不适宜、遴选药物不适宜.结论 医院在复方氨基酸注射液使用中存在诸多问题,因此临床药师需要对复方氨基酸注射液的医嘱进行审核,同时在使用过程中需要做好药学监护,确保复方氨基酸注射液使用的合理和安全性.
Abstract
Objective Improving the rationality and safety of the use of compound amino acid injection in clinical practice.Methods The doctor's advice for the use of compound amino acid injection in the whole hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were extracted through the hospital information system,according to the usage,240 samples were selected for comment and analysis.Results A total of 240 doctor's orders were commented,and the rationality of doctor's orders was 37.9%.The main problems were unsuitable indications,inappropriate route of administration,inappropriate dosage,and inappropriate drug selection.Conclusion There are many problems in the use of compound amino acid injection in the hospital,therefore clinical pharmacists need to review doctor's orders of compound amino acid injection and do a good job in pharmaceutical care during the usage process to ensure the rationality and safety of the use of compound amino acid injection.
