Refined management of PPIs medication rules in prescription pre-review software
Objective To analyze the application effect of refined drug use rules for proton pump inhibitors(PPIs)in pre-prescription review,and promote the rational application of PPIs drugs.Methods Based on the review rules of a hospital's"prescription pre-review software",the usage and dosage,treatment courses,and special population medication rules of PPIs under different indications were refined according to the actual clinical medication situation for treating Helicobacter pylori.Analyze and evaluate the impact of the establishment of medication rules for Helicobacter pylori on the review and intervention of Helicobacter pylori medication prescriptions in gastroenterology clinics from January 2022 to December 2022.Results The proportion of PPIs with medication issues in the pre-review of prescriptions,the proportion of PPIs with medication prescriptions after the review,and the prescription unqualified rate show a downward trend;the appropriateness of PPIs prescriptions after the review was increased.Conclusion The refined setting of PPIs medication rules maintenance in the prescription pre-review software can promote the standardization of Helicobacter pylori medication,improve the standardization and reasonable medication rate of the hospital's treatment of Helicobacter pylori,and ensure the safety of patients'medication.
