摘要
目的 探讨美罗培南致血小板减少患者的临床特点,为临床安全用药提供参考.方法 分析 1 例美罗培南抗感染治疗过程中引起血小板减少的病例,检索相关文献探讨美罗培南引起血小板减少的临床特点.结果 美罗培南可致患者血小板减少,使患者住院时间延长.结论 高龄、肾功能不全、联用其他抗菌药物或抗血栓形成药的患者使用美罗培南治疗过程中需主动监测相关药品不良反应.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and case analysis of meropenem induced thrombocytopenia,to provide reference for safe clinical use.Methods A case of thrombocytopenia induced by meropenem was analyzed in the course of anti-infective treatment and the clinical characteristics of meropenem induced thrombocytopenia was discussed based on relevant literature.Results Meropenem can cause thrombocytopenia and prolonged hospital stay.Conclusion Meropenem treatment should be actively monitored for adverse drug reactions in elderly and patients with renal insufficiency and combination with other antibiotics or antithrombotics.
