摘要
目的 探究靳三针能否改善精神分裂症认知功能障碍.方法 采用随机对照方法将符合入组标准的患者随机分为观察组(n=28)和对照组(n= 27),对照组使用抗精神病药物,观察组则在此基础上联合靳三针治疗.观察两组患者治疗前和治疗后 4 周的PANSS和 RBANS评分.结果 两组治疗后PANSS均明显降低、RBANS评分均明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后两组间PANSS评分差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗后观察组的即刻记忆、言语、注意力、延迟记忆方面的评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 靳三针联合抗精神病药物能治疗分裂症患者临床症状及认知功能障碍,且在即刻记忆、言语、注意力、延迟记忆等 4 个方面优于单一使用抗精神病药物.
Abstract
Objective To explore whether Jin's Three-needle Therapy can improve cognitive dysfunction in schizophrenia.Methods Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into an observation group(n=28)and a control group(n=27)using a randomized controlled method.The control group received antipsychotic drugs,while the observation group received treatment with Jin's Three-needle Therapy on this basis.Observe the PANSS and RBANS scores of two groups of patients before and 4 weeks after treatment.Results After treatment,both groups showed a significant decrease in PANSS and a significant increase in RBANS scores,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in PANSS scores between the two groups after treatment(P＞0.05);after treatment,the scores of immediate memory,speech,attention,and delayed memory in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion Jin's Three-needle Therapy combined with antipsychotic drugs can treat clinical symptoms and cognitive dysfunction in patients with schizophrenia,and is superior to using antipsychotic drugs alone in four aspects:immediate memory,speech,attention,and delayed memory.
