目的 应用文献计量学分析方法对五味子酯甲相关的文献数据进行分析,挖掘五味子酯甲的研究现状,找到可能的新靶点和开发新前景。方法 收集Web of Science核心数据库中五味子酯甲的研究类和综述类文献进行计量学分析,使用VOSviewer软件和R语言对结果进行可视化呈现,分析该领域发文量趋势、国家机构间合作和未来研究热点。结果 共检索到 129 篇文献,2020 年发文量最高,中国的科研机构和作者发文量最大。接收文章最多的期刊是JOURNAL OF ETHNOPHARMACOLOGY。关键词演化分析表明五味子酯甲的研究主要集中在抗炎、抑制氧化应激和神经保护作用及其机制研究;分析显示针对五味子酯甲的递送问题,采用纳米递送系统能够有效提高它的溶解度,增加脑部递送效率。结论 作为具有重要开发前景的中药活性成分,针对五味子酯甲的研究主要集中在体内药动学、药理活性以及相关机制研究;利用纳米递送系统可改善五味子酯甲递送,提高治疗神经退行性疾病的疗效,有望推动五味子酯甲治疗神经退行性疾病的药物研发。
Research hotspots and future trends of schisantherin A:based on a bibliometric analysis
Objective To analyze the literature data related to schisantherin A by bibliometric analysis,uncover research trends,identify potential novel targets and development prospects.Methods Based on the Web of Science core collection database,the present study retrieved articles and reviews relevant to schisantherin A.A bibliometric analysis was conducted through VOS viewer and R language in a visual form to analyze the trend of annual publication volume,cooperation between countries and institutions,and future research hotspots.Results A total of 129 publications were analyzed.The highest publication output was observed in the 2020,with Chinese research institutions and authors contributing the largest volume of publications.The journal that received the most articles was JOURNAL OF ETHNOPHARMACOLOGY.Keywords evolution analysis revealed that the research of schisantherin A primarily focused on anti-inflammatory,antioxidative stress inhibition,neurprotective effects,and the investigation of their underlying mechanisms.In addressing the delivery challenges of schisantherin A,the utilization of nano-delivery systems effectively improved its solubility and enhanced its brain-targeted delivery efficiency.Conclusion As a compound holding significant potential for development,research on schisantherin A was progressively refocusing on its in vivo pharmacokinetics,pharmacological activity,and underlying mechanisms.The utilization of nano-delivery system can offer increased potential for enhancing the therapeutic efficacy of schisantherin A in neurodegenerative diseases treatment,thereby advancing its pharmaceutical development for such treatments.
